Lunch...
We would always make use of every opportunity to visit shops if there were any. Below small shop beside the restaurant where we had our lunch.
Scenary opposite the restaurant

Will you buy these? Its real skin of animal..

Finally we saw the Mediacorp Artiste Zhu Houren who accompanied us on our trip. Eh..but he is not my idol. But everyone took photo with him and so do us. Hehe..he is quite nice actually. He offered to help me and mum took photo in the later part of the trip. He will also joke with us.

Continue with the items sold at the small shop.

I wanted to buy the cowboy hat but wonder how to bring it home. Its quite hard to fold into small size..hmm..Did not buy in the end due to lack of luggage space. Bought a winter hat instead which cost me 35 RMB. Cheap! Singapore would cost >SGD 10

Red Army Long March Monument which commemorates the Red Army's 12500km long march journey and records the revolution history of china.

Red Army soldiers in the sculpture form a V shape (victory) with both arms, with rifles in one hand and flowers in the other.

Shopping again? Hmm..I was busy searching for places for photographs..

Songpan Ancient Town where Wencheng princess of Han Dynasty and Emperor of Tibet had their wedding. This town was also militarily important as it is located at the border of China and Tibet.

During the Tang Dynasty, King Songtsan Gambo of the Tubo Kingdom sent envoys to the Tang court in Chang'an proposing a marriage between the two dynasties. But the Tubo envoys were detained in Songzhou Town by officials from the Tang court, and a battle between the Tubo and Tang armies was fought here. After the Tang army won the battle, Emperor Taizong -- Li Shimin made an alliance with the Tubo Kingdom by marrying Princess Wencheng to Songtsan Gambo.

Saw these two kids playing with the sand. They were very cute. When they saw me, the boy went for hiding..

So can you see him?? Hahaha...I told him "I can see you" in Chinese.

Eh...why so few photos of me? Hmm..cos i wore something which made me looked fat in photo..ok ok I am fat I know..I just don't like those photos.

Everybody crowded around this baby..I thought what. Anyway, like the rest of my tour mates, I hurried took a photo of the baby.

Taken from the bus..Often, its either lamb/horse/cow, crossing the road.

JiuZhaiGou Tibetan and Qiang minority performance.

About the Wencheng princess again? No..no storyline.

The performance only tibetan dances. No storyline. Not so nice and we had to pay extra for this show. Hmm..

Some fashion show...the performer wearing their tibetan clothing..
