命运

命运的好坏除了以“福报”有关之外，一个人的心念也往往在无形中決定了一生的命运。幸福快了以否，不是拥有多少或拥有什么，而是在于我们內心想的是什么，此即“心念”以“心態”。什么样的心念決定什么样的命运，什么样的心態則決定什么样的遭遇。

例如，一個愛抱怨的人，因為常存抱怨的心態，久而久之，“抱怨”便成为他日常生活中慣用的语言，日積月累終成为他的專长，而此專长無形中決定了哀声嘆气、怨天尤人的个性，以致他的遭遇充滿乖戾以頹喪。

一个愛批評的人，因為常存批判的心態，久而久之会培养出“看人不順眼”的習性，形成言谈愛說負面，做事偏愛挑剔，做人愛看缺點的个性，如此則造成一個不懂得包容以善解的苦悶人生。

一个愛說是非的人，因为常存说長論短的心態，以致“说是非”成為他的專長，搬弄是非也成為生活中的習慣，久而久之，“愛說是非”、“愛聽是非”與兩舌惡口相呼應，造成生活周遭佈滿“道聽途說”與“危言聳聽”的論調。如此，讓自己的生活得不到輕安，生活不輕安也是一種苦，而是非纏身、煩惱攻心更是不幸與悲哀的人生。

個性、習慣、心態等均與“心念”有關，心念若不改，而風水、行業、名字等再怎麼改，也改不了命運。此即所謂：“環境不能改，但心境可以改”。

同理，“人生不能改，但人生觀可以改”。因此，一個觀念可以改變一個想法，想法改變則心態改變，心態改變則態度改變，態度改變則習慣改變，習慣改變則表現改變，表現改變則一生改變，一生改變就是命運改變。

所以說，“命”不用給別人算，“運”也沒有人可以幫我們改，要好命就得學會“運命”，用正信與智信的人生觀來破除迷信與邪信的邪知邪見。

佛法告訴我們：“起心動念、開口動舌、舉手投足均無不是業”。業力牽引向善，則人生光明燦爛，業力牽引向惡，則人生哀愁黯淡。善業要靠善念來啟發，惡業更要藉善念來戒除。

生命過程中，心念時時刻刻與我們長相左右。好的心念就如一粒善的種子，會開出芬芳美麗的花朵，讓我們有一個幸福快樂的人生。

不好的心念就如一粒惡的種子，會開出厄運的果實，讓我們嘗盡哀怨辛酸的人生。

所以我們說：“心念可以決定每一個人不同的命運。”

證嚴上人靜思語有言：“凡夫被命運操縱，而智者卻操縱命運”。又言：“人要運命，不要命運”。亦即告訴我們，命運雖有，但仍操之在我。好命不是靠拜靠求，也不是靠人加持灌頂。

“一念心轉”則心開意解福就來，“一念清淨”則心誠意正運就通，“一心正向”則心正氣盛邪不侵，“一心向善”則一念善心破千災。扭轉命運的貴人不在遠方，“正念”就是我們生命中最大的的貴人。

Ordered Pizza, KFC and the usual durian cake...

10 June 11 - The HUNGRY people!

Joyce would be having internal meeting and she told us that the agenda would be long! ie..she might not be able to join us for lunch!

We decided that we should lunch in instead. Ordered pizza from Canadian.

4. Chicken wing

5. Calamri

6. Free Pepsi!



We were told that the estimated delivery time would be 1 hour but they reached by 12noon and Joyce also finished her meeting! Yeah! we could start eating!

Lucky we did not order extra large pizza! cos we actually couldn't finish and what we did? We played number guessing game. A person would have the number in mind..and the rest will guess. 1-99...if the person who strike the number would have to eat the food! Everyone got a share.....

Then..we had our "Donkey" game! Old time favorite!

9 June 11 - Combined Active hour

We had combined active hour with Recruitment branch again. We went to Changi Coastal Walk.

No more landscape photos cos I had to save it for group photos. Well..my camera's battery going low...It was blinking...sigh...

Not sure why we were all squarting? ok..the front acceptable..but people behind?

The long awaited jetstar promo is here! Last booking I had was in 2009 for travelled in 2010!

Got to know from my colleague in the office and i rushed to go home!

Initially, there were problems with the booking. No discount though i saw the "take a friend" thing..then followed by no promo for all dates. Hmm..but i tried again after sometime and it works. Managed to book to go Taipei in Oct!

11 Oct - 18 Oct 11. 2012 slot already no more..not sure whether system problem? Then, 2011 slot, mostly were like travel this week return in 14 days. ie..the date gap was 14 days..2 weeks..so finally I managed to find this travel on Tue, return on tue..and duration not so long. Immediately booked!

Total damage..$277/pax, with baggage, insurance..

Not sure whether it was more ex than my previous trip in 2010.

Hmm, wonder whether I should go..Bali/HK/Haikou/Ho Chih Min/?????

HK was quite cheap? Air ticket cost $177/pax with baggage! hmm..but i am still sick of HK..
