I have been to Malayan Council at Dunlop Street. This one located at Bussorah Street has an Atas feel. My Ma'am told me that this is more towards fine dining concept. Wow. Nice Place. The food was not bad. It is a Halal Restaurant. Good to make reservation in advance.
The service of the restaurant was good.
Friendly waiter, we were given complimentary food as well.

Singapore Chili Lobster.
Complementary - Red Velvet Cake
Classic Ondeh Ondeh Cake, I find that it is not so nice as I first tried it.
Durian Crème Brulee - Nice!
