I was so lucky beginning of the year when I won a GoPro Hero 4 black at the Cluster C Appreciation night. It was the first prize and I was super happy then! I have no luck of such lucky draw. This camera cost $750 which I saw at Challenger.
Well, finally wanted to test it out. First, I have to have this GoPro 3 way stick so I could take selfie during travel and this stick cost $105. I have yet to buy it and I borrowed it from him. Need to test out the camera before purchasing all these accessories.
The camera does not have a LCD screen to view before I take the photo. So its either I take the photo "blindly" then after that review it or I connect the GoPro to my handphone. I connected it to my handphone and viewed from it before pressing the snap button. It was a bit troublesome. If I were to take selfie or the scenery alone, I would be busy.
Below photos were edited. The outcome of the photos lack of contrast. I would prefer my other camera Sony Rx 100III which cost $999 or $899, I can't remember. It was a few hundred more, the photos taken from it was much nicer.
Ok 1 thing I like about GoPro is its wide angle. I could not take the whole of this below photo using my Sony Rx100 III. The fish eye effect was also not bad. Maybe I should try more taking scenery.
I should try taking video. It was meant for taking action video anyway. Hmm...wonder when I will use it. Not really active...
