13 May 2012 - Sundown Race pack collection

Collected the Sundown race pack today at Singapore Expo.

There were many counters and no crowd.

Collection was fast. However, disappointed with the race pack as there were nothing except some brochures..Some samples of male facial wash.

Anyway, doubt I will go for the run? Even if i go, I will run the most 15km..then??

Well, the race stated I have to complete 42km by 8hrs..

Will I able to complete if I walk?

I saw the cut off timing for 10km was 2.5hrs. It was achievable as I completed around 1 hr 27mins

Okok..to a person who hate to run...I think I shouldn't have sign up at first!

Start off time is a turn off too! 1230am! How am I to get there? hmm.....let see if I will really go on 27 May 12. haha...Think it would just be a waste of my $$

Many a event in May - 9 May 2012

After the hectic afternoon shift, came the gathering......
Food, chat, laughter..........
Birthday, Welcome, Farewell all in one.
Double joy for some who would be promoted coming June.

The quiet Breeks restaurant at Changi Airport was filled with laughter from us.
Did not really see much crowd except the 14 of us...

OC had warned me not to order pasta...she kept asking me to change my Beef Lasagna order but I did not.stubborn? But ok lar, the food turned out not bad...though i tried the pasta order by my colleague..really not that nice.

Anyway, the place with not much customer was good for portrait. There were nice background with red furnish...

Below taken with Olympus EPL2. Think I switched to Aperture mode, suppose to be Auto but thought "A" = Auto, and photos were blurred initially when my colleague took it for the birthday girl. Then I switched to Auto, then I switched to Portrait mode which was much much better! The photos were jumble up anyway, not sure whether the difference is obvious. The food photo taken with Iphone...

May Day Lunch - 1 May 2012

Went for facial with mum at Novena Square early in the morning.
Everywhere was crowded for lunch! Every restaurant asking whether we had made a booking.
It was so fustrating and so I decided to have our lunch at Fish and Co at Velocity. Less crowded.

We really ordered a lot of food!
