1st train ride to JB!
Actually wanted to go KL but the train ticket was fully booked. We decided to go JB instead.
Bought the train ticket for $13. Board the train at 1pm.
The train ticket back from JB was only 3 ringgit..wonder what is the difference. We were assigned with seats on train to JB but from JB to singapore, it was free sitings.
The train ride was quite comfortable with air con. Previously, took train in BKK and I was like in oven.
It took us around 1 hour to reach JB and completed the custom check. It was actually quite fast.
We met 1 couple who told us that it took them 3hrs to clear the jam when they entered JB from Singapore. Ya..train rides was faster! So make use of the train rides before it moves to Woodlands!
