26 Oct 2013 - Sports Climbing Proficiency Courses

Went to sports climbing. Told mum I went to climb walls.
Well..I was as usual scared.
New to the climb and afraid of the heights.
Registered with Joyce.
Lucky she asked me else I would just delete the broadcast of the courses sent to us and rest and relax at home.

Well, Sports Climbing Proficiency Course level 1.

( This, the instructor never taught us..I just climb....)

Basically most important from the course was the belaying technique and the knots in climbing, ensure safety of the climbers.

Tried twice and I could not climb up, difficult climb....
Need planning also I think? Wearing track shoe and my shoe was big and easily slip off..hmm
Last try, I found the easiest and Joyce shouted to me which point to take and finally I managed to reach the top.
It was really tiring.

Heard from friend that climbing cost around $16 whole day?
Well, we had got ourselves certified for the climb on own.
We also had free one climb but we had to use it within 3 months.
Fun to learn new things!

Mostly taken using Joyce Handphone.
