First time to Bali.
Airport in Bali was terrible.
I read from somewhere to get a cab from bali airport, there was some counter.
Cab to Seminyak cost around 60,000. I checked with those who went after the trip and they told me it cost around 120,000.
Anyway, when we reached, we met some fellow quoting us 350,000 which was around SGD35 which was very expensive! Then, they reduced the price to 250,000 when we rejected. The fellow even told us that the counter would charge us more and pointed to another fellow who quoted us USD 25! My husband in the end called the villa to pick us up at the airport. As we shared the vehicle with another couple, we were charged 150,000 instead of 200,000.
Our villa, The Light Exclusive Villas and Spa, booked from Agoda cost around SGD 180, however, I got discount of 10% and it cost me SGD167.42 per night.
Villa looked nice, however, too many mosquitoes! We had to spray a lot of insecticide and the mosquitoes all flew out.
Breakfast, not much variety also for this villa. Not worth the price I would say.
Went out for dinner nearby. Not bad. There were many bistro, pub around and of cos, many ang mohs..
28 Aug 2015, went for 1 day Ubud trip. Bought voucher under groupon for SGD 39 per pax.
Never completed the tour, we did not go to Ubud Palace and the rice field.
I wished they didn't bring us to the batik, coffee, wood shop. Bored.
Tasted many different kind of coffee and tea according to the list given. Bought vanilla coffee, not cheap though, around SGD 15?
Rushed to Kintamani for buffet lunch.
Nice, buffet lunch with nice view of the volcano.

The driver brought us for dinner at this place. Nice atmosphere but lots of mosquitoes....
Still love this place. Food was nice too.
Change to hotel in Kuta. Booked from agoda too. Around SGD70.80 per night.

Ayung Rafting + Temple Visit
Bought voucher from Groupon.
Cost SGD 59 per pax.
We met 4 Singaporean and we were comparing prices.
They told us that they got a driver from the airport to drive them around cost them SGD 100 per day.
The Rafting, they bought on spot and cost them USD 50 or 60, can't remember.
Overall, still expensive than ours?
We had fun for the rafting though it was like level 1 as I saw kids 5 yrs old also join the other boat.
Ya I got bored after awhile.

Hotel massage cost only 295,000, I believe it was already expensive!
My friend told me she did massage for 80,000 ie, around SGD 8?
This spa, the guide brought us there. It cost USD 55 for 90 min massage!
When husband told guide it was expensive, then tour guide said actually they could give us 15% discount. hmm.....
Dinner at the beach requested by me.
The Singaporean who went rafting with us told me that the beach was beautiful. I never got time to go there. So I wanted to have dinner at the beach.
Dinner cost us 1,000,000 ie around SGD 100! Ex!! Ok, food was nice though.
Remember to buy the BBQ sweet corn there, if you see it, not from the same restaurant. It was nice! Not ex also.
