6 Jul – 10 Jul 2011 – Bangkok Trip with Yuling, Nancy, Amanda and her sis,

18 Aug – 29 Aug 2011 – New Zealand trip with Chong

11 Sep – Batam trip with sis family and mum

11 Oct – 18 Oct - Taiwan trip with mum

Saw the link above. The bokeh photo is so nice! Thought of trying it out since it was near Christmas time and there were a lot of nice lightnings in Orchard. Met Cendrine in Orchard to try out.

I would say it was quite hard to take something with "depth of field" in order to achieve bokeh effect. We had lens with large aperture. I brought 35mm 1.8, Cendrine brought her 50mm 1.8. The pictures taken were nothing as compared to the link stated above. HARD!!

15 Dec 2011 - Thai Buffet Dinner

Bought voucher at deals.com.sg recently. Saw the thai buffet cost $14 so I asked the girls whether they ok and I bought the voucher. Hmm..it became my farewell dinner...

Tom Yum Goong, 351 Bdeok Road (Simpang Bedok)

Normal price is $18.

I would say $14 is so cheap for buffet.

We thought it was some air conditioned restaurant but it was not.

It was just like those coffee shop...

If only the staff could let us know what they served, it would be much better.

2nd order was slow. Water was not refilled and we had to wait for pineapple rice to be served.

Maybe cos it was getting more crowded and there were like 3 staff serving?

Overall, the price is worth, the food tasted not bad.
