Want a haircut..

Went to hair dresser today near my house.
Got the courage and wanted to cut my hair short.
There were many people and i was told to wait for half an hour for my turn.
Hmm..ok..i waited. When it was my turn, the male hairdresser told me, I am not suitable for short hair. Even if its a bit above shoulder length?cos i pointed to him i wanted to cut it to above shoulder. He said if I cut it short, my face will look bigger and not suitable for my size. He suggested I permed my hair instead since its quite long, but have to come back some other days. Then, I left the shop with namecard asking me to make appointment if I want to perm my hair.

Sigh....short hair only suitable for slim people??? Hmm and 1 thing he doesn't know, ie, I have to tie up my hair when I work, my face also big! so...what's the difference between short hair and long hair?

After Poly, ever since I started working in Prison, People call me "Kiu", pronouce as "Q", my surname.
This "Q" follows me for >12 yrs and now, if I meet up with Sec school friends and they call me "Mei Fern", I will not response, cos I am so used to people calling me "Q"!

I will also use this "Q" when i attended courses. Easy to remember, pronouce. Think I have treat it as my English name! My squardmate will even call me "Ah Q".

Hmm..today, my dressmaking classmates asked me, "What's your name", I pause...and I told her, I am "Mei Fern".

16 - 17 Oct 10, Sis Chalet @ Downtown East

Went to sis's chalet after sewing course. She likes to book chalet/hotel. This time was because of Dash's birthday. Hmm..was it Dash's birthday? But there's no birthday cake? Not actual date maybe.

When I reached there, I saw this messy thing on the floor. Sis told me she ordered buffet dinner, or better word..catering..but i never expected it to be like this? Hmm..I thought its those table set up type? Sis told me they had to bring the NTUC trolley to fetch the food from the caterer. Ok, I reached there around 6 plus and they had finished their dinner! SO EARLY???

The prawns were nice so it left a few.

The Otahs were left a lot and it will be BBQ tomorrow, haha..

Nobody ate the fried rice? Too full? ok, I never even scooped any of that.

Wei hou said the sotong ball not nice but why left a few only?

17 Oct 10, Escape Theme park with Cendrine and Zann.

Helped Cendrine took this photo and got "spray" by those kids on the "boat". Cendrine and Zann were wet. Hmm..remember to bring raincoat if you want to play this.

Haunted House.

Hmm, think there's some changes in the haunted house. There were more/new things, ghostly things displayed. Haha..still scared me a bit, a least something new?

Pirate ship, the most thrilling rides in Escape. Cos there isn't any other thrill rides! Hmm..."Rainbow", "Invertor" being removed and the long closed "Panasonic" haven't started operating since the accident long long time ago. Sigh...No wonder less people in Escape.

Zann trying her car which was hard to "cycle". Hmm, I saw other kids also having problem going around the small track and the worker had to push the vehicle manually..

Ok, finally the kids got to meet each other. Headache started.

Did not go out for lunch again. Quite bored to stay alone in the office. Hmm..so, took my camera and took some photos. But, I tried not to take anything related.

My almost dying plant. Initially a lot of leaves and very nice. Now left....sigh..

The pigeon are always around in the afternoon. I don't see them when I come to work and when I knock off. Hmm..

Well, there are squirrels and lots of parrots also!Even saw 1 monkey last time.

I do not know him of cos but i happened to come across his blog. Ok, he is studying in Japan and so he travelled around Japan. Ok..haha..I love Japan! His photos were nice, colorful, clear, sharp and all in the same size. Wonder how to do..

Yuki blog from taiwan, her newborn baby is cute! ok her husband is photographer so you will see a lot of nice photos. Her blog is colorful which make it interesting. ok, she travelled around taiwan so I found this blog while i searching on where to go in taiwan early this year. Nice photos.

Hmm..Via's blog, i think she publish her own book. If you are going to taiwan on own, you can browse at her blog ba, many info.

I love taiwan blog, they are always very colorful! so envy, there are so many places to travel around in taiwan, think if i live there, i would never get bored cos i can go to different places whenever I am free..Singapore??hmm...how many places can i go??Zoo, Birdpark, Sentosa...hmm...

I like blog with nice photos! I think blog with photos make their blog interesting! Hmm..its not just travel photos ba..though i like to travel? Sigh..I should start this blog earlier so I could publish my travel photos here...been to...Japan, korea, shanghai..bla bla bla..ok..hahaha..stop boasting..
Then I am thinking, how to adjust photos to be that clear and sharp and make them all the same size! Not like mine, some portrait, some landscape form. Hmm..ok, my mission to Jiu Zhai gou is to take all photos and posted it here in landscape form?How about the size? hmm, keep trying and if I used x-large, it will be very big, if i used large, it will be small. hmm...

2nd point to note. I shall not combine the picture, shall post picture individually so that its more interesting. Saw from my previous post, those Bangkok and Taiwan trip, can't really see the photo when i combine them together.
